Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be received in writing and must include:

- Membership number (if applicable)
- E-mail address
- Paid or guaranteed registrations cancelled in writing 3 calendar days prior to the webcast date will receive a refund of 75% of the registration fee.
- No refunds or credits will be issued on cancellation requests received 2 days or less before an event begins.
- No refunds or credits will be issued on cancellation requests received anytime after the webcast broadcast.
- Refunds will not be issued due to problems associated with connectivity of webinars.
