Due to the limited number of data projectors and laptop computers available through NACE headquarters, it is important for the Sections to secure the necessary AV equipment through their own resources, such as company donation/loan, hotel, outside AV provider, or through Section members, if possible. In the event that you are unable to obtain a data projector and/or laptop computer, please notify Dora Baladez at NACE as soon as possible. We will verify availability and if equipment is available, we will reserve it.

The following procedures and responsibilities apply to equipment borrowed from NACE HQ. If the Section borrows any AV equipment from NACE headquarters, the Section agrees to be responsible for all of the following:

• Returning equipment to HQ immediately upon completion of the course.
• Replacement cost if the data projector or laptop computer is missing or damaged.
• Replacement cost of any missing or damaged cords, remote mouse, connectors or adapters sent with the equipment. (Equipment cases are checked thoroughly before shipping to ensure all necessary connectors/cords are provided).
