For reasons related to logistical and equipment requirements, and financial and historical considerations, the following courses are run only by NACE HQ or its official overseas licensees (outside the U.S. and Canada):
- Coating Inspector Program (all levels)
- CP 1 –
CP Tester
- CP 2 –
CP Technician
Internal Corrosion Technologist Course
The Internal Corrosion course may be offered by Sections under Plan B only. Because the program is new, it has unique challenges related to packing/shipping, supplies and mixing of solutions, equipment, and assigning instructors. HQ must be intimately involved with each class offering for the first few years of the program.
