Registration Policies:

Standard Registration Policies

• All registration fees MUST be included with this form.
• All fees must be received by October 13, 2008 please allow for mail time.
• After October 13, 2008, registrations will only be accepted on-site.
• Cancellations received by ONE WEEK BEFORE will be refunded minus a $75 processing fee.
• Within 6 days of start date, no refunds will be accepted.
• Registrations are non-transferable.

Standard Cancellation Policies

• Cancellations must be received in writing.
• Cancellations received within seven days of the start date of the conference will receive a refund minus a $75 processing fee.

No refunds for cancellations received within six days of the start date of the conference
