Advance registration is available online from October 2, 2012, until 11:00 p.m. CST on February 1, 2013. Online registrations will be accepted until March 14, 2013. After March 14, registrations will only be accepted on site at the Orange County Convention Center.
Advance/Full Registration In the categories listed above, fully paid conference attendees who register by 11:00 p.m. CST on February 1, 2013, will have exclusive access online or have the option of a CD to all technical symposium papers presented at the conference. Access will be available on March 17, 2013. An online subscription or CD of the 2013 Conference Papers can also be purchased at the conference, in the NACE Bookstore, in Registration, or on the NACE Web site for a flat rate of $99 USD. Demonstration stations about how to access the conference proceedings online will be available in the NACE Bookstore.
One- and Two-Day Registrations One- and two-day registrations allow registrants access to areas listed above on the selected day(s) registered and include online access to all technical symposium papers.
Student Registrations To learn about the qualifications for becoming a NACE student member and requirements for student registration, visit www.nace.org/students. Requirements must be fulfilled before conference registration can be accepted.
Guest Program Registration As the guest of a registered attendee, guest registration allows access to social activities and the Exhibit Hall. It does not allow access to meetings, forums, or symposia. To attend guest program activities, additional fees may be required.
Payment must be made in U.S. dollars from a U.S. financial institution. Registrations will not be processed without payment. Registration and payment date determine price.

Check refunds are processed after the conference. There are no refunds on exhibit visitors, awards dinner, or lunch tickets. Registrations are nontransferable. Registrations received after March 14, 2013, will be processed on site.
All registrations received on or before 11:00 p.m. CST on February 1 will be processed at the advance registration rate.

March 14, 2013
Last day to register online, by fax, or by mail. All registrations received on or after March 14 will only be accepted at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando.
