Above rates are subject to 10% service charge and 11% V.A.T. (for Korean corporate credit card). Non-guaranteed reservations held up to 24 hours prior to the arrival date before being cancelled. (Does not apply to guests with guaranteed reservations). For cancellation of guaranteed reservation, the hotel must be informed by 6 p.m. (KST) on day prior to arrival to avoid first night room charge.

Reservation Procedures

Attendees may make their reservations faxing the reservation form directly to the hotel. Attendees may also call the hotel directly to make book their room, referencing the group reservation code "NACE International Meeting". The hotel will send attendees a confirmation of reservations and/or reservation changes to the registered guest within seven days of receiving the form or phone reservation.

Please note that a room rate of one night will be automatically charged to the credit card should the guest not show on the respective arrival day.
