Standard Cancellation Policy
All requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing. Paid or guaranteed registrations cancelled in writing at least 35 calendar days in advance of the event will receive a full refund, less a $50 service fee. Paid or guaranteed registrations cancelled in writing 34 to 3 calendar days before an event will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee. No refunds or credits will be issued on cancellation requests received less than 3 days before an event begins.
