ICC Members, Students, Guests and Speakers must register by fax so that eligibility can be verified.

ICC Member Eligibility —Must be a current member of ICC.

Student Eligibility — a student regularly enrolled full-time in an accredited educational institution that is interested in the acquisition or advancement of knowledge relating to corrosion control and materials degradation; a copy of your student identification and course schedule is required showing full time status. This must be faxed with your registration form.

Students participating in doctoral programs in the corrosion industry who are not employed in a full time position are also eligible.

One Day Free Speaker Eligibility — Presenting authors of formal papers are eligible for a one day free registration on the day they are presenting. There is only one free day registration per paper. Authors wishing to stay longer are responsible for paying the standard fee(s).

Registration must be received prior to September 30, 2008.

Registration Policies:

All conference registration fees MUST be included with this form.
All fees must be received by September 30, please allow for mail time.
After September 30, registrations will only be accepted on-site.
Cancellations received by September 30, will be refunded, minus a $75 processing fee.
No refunds after September 30 .

Payment in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. financial institution. Registrations will not be processed without payment.
